Allan Beaucoudray

Allan Beaucoudray is a lifelong resident of Louisiana. Allan has been managing businesses since 1978. He spent 25 years as Fixed Operations Director for Lakeshore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia in Slidell, La. Allan also assumes marketing duties for GEAUX TITLE as well as assisting the managing partner with daily responsibilities as needed. Allan is always community involved. He has served on the Board of Directors for Louisiana Special Olympics and Safe Harbor Shelter For Battered Women And Children. Allan’s commitment to RESPA Compliance is priority one at GEAUX TITLE.
Kathryn Rushe Beaucoudray

Kathryn Rushe Beaucoudray, better known as “KATIE” was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a graduate of University of New Orleans. Katie’s career in the real estate title industry began with working at Elite Title in 1998 where she became a Notary Public in March of 2000. She then worked for Louisiana Land Title as their office manager and Notary Public from 2000 until 2009. Katie then decided to open Geaux Title in October 2009 and has continued to strive to serve real estate agents, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers and banks with all real estate transactions and concerns. As an executive with Louisiana roots, Katie’s goal is to establish the Premier Title Company in South Louisiana. She prides herself on providing accurate title opinions with speedy closings. Her staff at Geaux Title will outperform the competition due to many years of combined experience. Geaux Title’s staff will always perform with the highest level of professionalism, customer service and promptness to details. Katie is a licensed title agent/producer with the Louisiana Department of Insurance. She is also affiliated with ALTA, Northshore Business Exchange Networking Group (NBE), Ladies Achieving Success Networking Group (LAS), Old Mandeville Business Association (OMBA), Northshore Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), Women’s Council of Realtors for St. Tammany Parish and the West St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce.
